The conference Registration Desk during the IEEE IWQoS 2017 event will be located at the Neàpolis Building, on first floor. Hours of operations for the Registration Desk will be:

Registration Fees and Deadlines
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE IWQoS 2017.

Payment is welcomed either through bank transfer or credit cards. VISA / MasterCard are accepted. Please note that a registration is considered completed and valid only when the full payment has been received on the bank account.

Authors Registration Policy
Authors must register by May 8th, 2017. Please remember: At least one author of each accepted paper must register at any FULL registration type, even if the author is student. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full conference registration covers up to two accepted papers.
Please note: To be published in the IEEE IWQoS 2017 Workshops Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore an author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference, and the paper must be presented at the conference by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
Non refundable workshop registration fee must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the workshop paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE IWQoS 2017 workshops Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
Visa Assistance Letters
Technical Program Paper Authors
Authors needing VISA Assistance letters can download them from EDAS. Authors need to indicate in EDAS that they are “presenters” in order to access the visa assistance letters.
- Log into EDAS site, and find your paper.
- Toward the bottom of the page, you will find in the properties column the words “visa letter”, and beside it, an image of an envelope outlined in yellow.
- Click on this envelope, and you will be able to confirm or change your address information reflected in the letter.
- Then the system will generate the letter for your use.
- If you have any problems, please click the help tab in the EDAS system.
If you need a hard copy letter sent to you, please complete the form at http://visa.comsoc.org. Requests for hard copies are subject to a 35€ mailing fee.
Everyone Else
Non-Authors (Speakers, Committee Members, and paid attendees) requiring visa assistance letters, or authors needing a hard copy of the letter must complete a Comsoc Visa Assistance Request (http://visa.comsoc.org). Requests for a hard copy visa letters are subject to a $25 mailing fee.
